Abstract:
To provide a program set used for controlling a printer, and to provide a technique for reducing user's labor when changing parameters related to paper characteristics.SOLUTION: A PC 1 incorporates an editing application 22, a printer driver 23, and a paper setting tool 24. The paper setting tool 24 registers, in a paper information table 25, a paper preset data in which a correction name indicating correction value preset data including a plurality of correction values is associated with a plurality of parameters indicating paper characteristics. Printer driver 23 refers to paper information table 25, creates a list of paper preset data, and passes it to editing application 22. The printer driver 23, which receives the print settings in which one of the paper preset data is set from the editing application 22, acquires the correction values used for printing based on the set paper preset data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
