Abstract:

To provide a means for storing and saving an electronic mail that an SMTP server receives into a database, filtering the content of the electronic mail to notify the result with an electronic mail, and certificating identity in the content of the database.

In a program for a mail server for mounting SMTP, a received electronic mail is written into the database M for mails for storage via DBMS. By checking with a transmission rule in a predetermined database R for reference, the electronic mail is filtered for transmitting an electronic mail when the filtered electronic mail is against the transmission rule. Further, a message digest is generated for certificating the identity in the database of mails.
