The programmable display is provided with a retrieval instruction information input means to which retrieval instruction information for the device included in the control program is input from the outside, a program acquisition part acquiring a single/plurality of control program/programs held by the external controller, a control program storage part storing the control program/programs acquired by the program acquisition part, a retrieval condition storage part storing a retrieval condition of the device included in the control program, a retrieval processing part retrieving the device set by the retrieval condition according to the retrieval condition from the control program stored in the control program storage part based on the retrieval instruction information, and a display part displaying the control program matching the device retrieved by the retrieval processing part.
