To provide a system for measuring by outputting an internal observation signal to a connector, relative to an FPGA for switching and outputting a plurality of observation signals to the larger number than the number of output terminals, concerning one FPGA, or a prescribed FPGA designated from among a plurality of FPGA's.
A control signal 153 includes an instruction for allowing an output selection part 11 to select a prescribed observation signal from among the plurality of observation signals input by the output selection part 11. The control signal 153 also includes a prescribed ID. A control part 123 inputs the control signal 153, and compares an attached ID stored in an attached ID storage part 31 with the prescribed ID. When both ID's agree with each other, the control part 123 gives an instruction for selecting the prescribed observation signal from among the plurality of input observation signals to the output selection part 11, to thereby select the prescribed observation signal. When both ID's do not agree with each other, selection instruction of the observation signal is not given to the output selection part 11.
