Abstract:

To provide an automatic driving vehicle constituted to appropriately cope with an abnormality regarding a driver and crew members while avoiding an accident to secure safe driving.SOLUTION: An automatic driving vehicle comprises a manual driving mode and an automatic driving mode for performing autonomous travel even without a driving operation of a driver. The automatic driving vehicle comprises: vehicle interior situation determination means for determining a vehicle interior situation of the automatic driving vehicle; abnormality discrimination means for discriminating abnormalities of health conditions of the driver and/or crew members from determination results of the vehicle interior situation determination means; and control means. The control means switches a mode to the automatic driving mode when the abnormalities of the health conditions of the driver and/or the crew members are discriminated by the abnormality discrimination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
