To provide a projection apparatus and a projection method of the same.SOLUTION: A projection apparatus contains: a space modulator; a first optical actuator; a driving circuit; and a control circuit. The space modulator modulates a light flux to generate a video image light flux. The driving circuit is connected to the first optical actuator to determine a swing mode of the first optical actuator on the basis of an input video signal, and convert a display frame into a plurality of sub-display frames in accordance with a swing mode of the first optical actuator. The control circuit is connected to the space modulator and the driving circuit to be controlled so as to generate a video image light flux by the space modulator on the basis of the plurality of sub-display frames, and also outputs a synchronous signal corresponding to the plurality of sub-display frames to the driving circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
