Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a projector lens system having high resolving power of several mum order capable of being consistent with a large exposure latitude by providing at least one lens surface having positive reflecting power between two pairs of lens groups. CONSTITUTION:Recessed surfaces comprises the 2nd surface R2, 5th surface R5 and the 16th surface R16, 17th surface R17 (phi1, phi2) faced to each other. Between the 2nd surface R2 and 5th surface R5, lenses of rather small power may possibly be included, and 'lens group consisting of recessed surfaces faced to each other' may possibly contain simply structured lens components therein. This lens system has a positive reflecting power lens group having at least two lenses of positive reflecting power between two pairs of lens groups consisting of recessed surfaces faced to each other. This constitution makes it possible to obtain a projection lens system having a large exposure latitude and high resolving power corrected nearly to stigmatism.
