PURPOSE: To improve the suitable position of sound and image, by reproducing the middle and lower components among the audio signal of a television receiver with a speaker located at the projection screen side.

CONSTITUTION: The projection screen 1 is located from a given distance from the television receiver 2. The first speaker 5 is located at the receiver 2 to reproduce the high component among the audio signal of the receiver 2. On the other hand, the second speaker 6 is located at the projection screen 1 to reproduce middle component amoung the audio signal of the receiver 2. Since the high component is reflected on the projection screen 1, sound spread effect can be obtained. Since the middle component is normally reproduced with the second speaker 6, no deficiency in sound volume at the lower component is caused and the suitable sound and image position can be obtained.
