To automatically count the number of times of pronouncing "Pa", "Ta" and "Ka" in unit time, as a more accurate and more simple automatic measuring means, and immediately display the result of the counting as numerical values while the number of times of pronouncing the "Pa", "Ta" and "Ka" in unit time is manually counted for a nursing medical treatment test which is called the oral diadochokinesis.
Voices, which are different among persons, are recorded for each person as a sample, and the number of times are computed while comparing the voices. These are all processed as digitally converted data at a high speed in an area of a microcomputer. A two-digit numerical number is displayed on a displaying device, and the data are stored, if necessary, and can be used as an extension-using system.
