Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the maintenance and reliability of device, by the change-over of spool of 4-way valve with electromagnetic drive and operating the spool plunger completely in liquid, in the rate liquid delivery device which delivers two liquids in a prescribed flow rate. CONSTITUTION:A 4-way switching valve 11 is of three step one throw type, and it is switched to the 1st position when the spool 14 is sucked to the solenoid 16 and to the 2nd position when the spool 14 is sucked to the solenoid 17. In the 1st position, the 1st and 2nd ports, and 3rd and 4th ports are led for each 4-way valve of the 1st or 3rd stages. Further, in the 2nd position, the 1st and 4th, and 2nd and 3rd ports of each 4-way valve of the 1st-3rd are led. The switching of the spool is electromagnetically driven, and switching control is made with the pilot cylinder 13, and the spool 14, plungers 48, 49 are are operated completely in liquid to avoid the exposure to air.
