Abstract:
PURPOSE:To achieve a higher accuracy by supporting the other end of each one of connecting rods with one end thereof fixed on each specified surface of front and rear guide blocks rotatably on a joint block to fix a displacement sensor on the joint block separated at a fixed interval from the side of each connecting rod. CONSTITUTION:One end of a connecting rod 4 is fixed on a surface parallel to a direction Z of propelling a front guide block 1 while one end of a connecting rod 10 is fixed on a surface 11 parallel with a direction Z of a rear guide block 3 while vertical to the surface 5 and other ends of the rods 4 and 11 are supported rotatably on a joint block 2 with rotating shafts 7 and 14. A displacement sensor 8 is fixed with a fixing member 9 spaced by a specified interval D from the side separated by a specified distance L from the shaft 7 of the rod 4 while a displacement sensor 14 is fixed with a fixing member 15 away by a specified interval D from the side separated by a specified distance L from a shaft 13 of the rod 10. Thus, displacements of the rods 4 and 10 is measured with the sensors 8 and 14 to calculate the direction 8 of propulsion.
