The propelling machine 40 includes a body 41 and a screw propeller 42 rotatably connected to the body 41. The nozzle 50 is connected in an end part to the body 41 of the propelling machine 40, and is formed by extending backward from the outlet end of the body 41. At least the one turning ring 60 or 70 is fitted around the peripheral edge of the nozzle 50, and turns the nozzle 50 in the predetermined direction.
