Title:
PROPYLENE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION FOR INJECTION-MOLDED PRODUCT WITH GOOD APPEARANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009062428
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a propylene-based resin composition, which gives good molding appearance, has light weight and high mechanical strength, and leaves no residual constituent derived from an inorganic filler in combustion, for an injection-molded product.

The propylene-based resin composition for an injection-molded product comprises (A1) 40-80 wt.% polypropylene, (A2) 1-10 wt.% propylene-based block polymer, (B) 10-50 wt.% copolymer of a vinyl bond-containing nitrile-based compound and an aromatic vinyl compound, and (C) 10-30 wt.% elastomer components. In the propylene-based block polymer (A2), a block (a) as a polypropylene component and a block (b) as a polymer residual group of a vinyl monomer with a solubility parameter within a range of 18-25 J/m are constitutional units, and the block (a) and the block (b) are bound together by a covalent bond.
