Title:
PROPYLENE-BASED RESIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3737621
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject resin excellent in flexibility, transparency, heat resistance, and molding processability, capable of improving bleeding to the surface of the molding product by allowing the subject resin to have a specific composition, and a specific molecular weight distribution and composition distribution.
SOLUTION: This resin has 0.01-10 g/10 minute melt flow rate, 10-30 mol.% content of ethylene unit, 1-20 mol.% contents of 1-butene unit and 6-16 molecular weight distribution which is a ratio of a weight-average molecular weight to a number-average molecular weight measured by a gel permeation chromatography method. The resin also has (A) 20-50 wt.% elution component at <20°C, (B) 25-75 wt.% elution component at 20-100°C and (C) 5-50 wt.% elution component at ≥100°C (preferably ≥50 wt.% elution component at ≥120°C) with the proviso that the total of the components A to C is 100 wt.%, in a elution curve fractionated by a temperature-rising elution fractionation method. The weight ratio of the components B/A is regulated so as to be ≥0.8 and the peak top temperature in the component C is ≥120°C.
