PURPOSE: The titled controller that contains an aminobenzoic acid derivative as an active principle, thus permitting long-period administration because of its high safety.
CONSTITUTION: The prostaglandin controller is obtained by using alone an aminobenzoic acid derivative of the formula (R1 is residue of monosaccharide; R2 is H, metal, 1W4C alkyl) by an amount of 0.01W100wt% or mixing the same with a diluent and other medicines. The compound of the formula is extremely low-toxicity and inactive against microorganisms, therefore it permits the long-term administration. Further, there is no danger to healthy people such as teratologenecity or allergic action. The compound of the formula controls PGs and their metabolites and increase blood platelet coagulation inhibition and cyclic AMP in blood platelets and cultured cells. The oral dose is 0.1W500mg/kg, day and parenteral dose is 0.01W200mg/kg, day.
