Abstract:
To provide a preventive and/or therapeutic agent for bone loss diseases (primary osteoporosis, secondary osteoporosis, carcinoses bone metastasis, hypercalcemia, Paget's disease, bone deletion, bone disorders of osteonecrosis, osteogenesis after operation of a bone and bone grafting alternative) and the like.
A specific new prostaglandin derivative, its nontoxic salt or its cyclodextrin clathrate is very useful as an active ingredient of the preventive and/or therapeutic agent.
