Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthesis device for applying supportive pressure that can be used comfortably for a long period of time without relatively stopping the flow of blood. SOLUTION: A prosthesis device comprises an annular member 1 made of soft and resilient plastic material. The side face 3 of the annular member 1 is tapered toward the inner side. The inner peripheral face 4 has cut-away portions 6 to form a plurality of pressure applying regions, and a slot 6a for extending the device thus realizing comfortable usage of the device.
