To easily mount a waterproof protecting plate only by using a driving anchor for driving a fixed piece into a durable bed without the need for a special machine and a special skilled worker.
The durable bed is provided on a concrete slab via a waterproof layer and a heat insulating layer. The fixed piece is previously fixed into the durable bed with the driving anchor. A fixture is slide-fitted to the fixed piece. A U-shaped channel member is fitted to a U-shaped channel member fitting recessed portion provided at the upper part of the fixture. The protecting plate is fitted at its lower part to the U-shaped channel member fitting recessed portion provided on the U-shaped channel member. A guide rail is provided at the lower part of an eave portion ranging from a rise, and it has a space required when mounting the lower part of the protecting plate on the U-shaped channel member.
