PURPOSE: To drastically reduce the permeability of layers at high solid space by arranging a ring core and a reactive double bond in a chain in a resin composing of a barrier-layer between a support of laminated resins and a gel-painted layer.

CONSTITUTION: At the laminated resin wall composing of structure such as a boat hull in contact with water for long time, the barrier-layer formed with resin is arranged between the support of the laminated resins and the gel-painted layer. The resin for the barrier-layer has a ring core of unsaturated bis-phenol polyester, bis-phenol polyester hydrogen or the like and a reactive double bond in chain and has the high solid space. Like this, the high solid space reduces sharply the permeability of the layers.
