This protection bellows formed by injection-blowing has a large diameter end part having a fixed ring 28 surrounding closely on a face on which three lobes are formed on an outer side of a housing of a free connection part of a transmission of an automobile. The fixed ring 28 includes a face 29 on an outer side of a peripheral fringe and a face 30 on an inner side. The face 30 on the inner side is constituted such that several slots constituted so as to have a depth directed in the radial direction are formed in an elastic member among face parts 30A, 30B, 30C curved in a part of the peripheral fringe engaging with three lobes of the housing and integral face parts 32A, 32B, and 32C having such shape that engages with a space or a groove among three lobes of the housing, arranged at three equal angle direction intervals, and curved on the inner side. The slot 34 promotes a process for separating a mold.
