Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection pipe insertion machine which enables easy movement of a protection pipe.SOLUTION: An insertion machine 10 includes a body 1 and a movable body 2. Further, the insertion machine 10 includes a feed screw 3 and an interruption board 5. The body 1 has a fixed arm 11 forming a receiving part 11a capable of receiving an electric wire W. The movable body 2 is rotatably supported by the body 1, forms a pressing part 21a which may press the electric wire W, and has a movable arm 21 which may move toward the fixed arm 11. The feed screw 3 can move forward and rearward to the other end part of the movable body 2. The interruption board 5 has an interruption plate 51, an expansion plate 52, and a guide plate 53. The interruption plate 51 joins the receiving part 11a to the expansion plate 52. The expansion plate 52 expands an inner diameter of a protection pipe 9. The guide plate 53 includes one piece 53a, which is joined to one surface of a tip part side of the interruption plate 51, and the other piece 53b, which extends from the bottom surface side of the receiving part 11a, to prevent a flange part 94a of the protection pipe 9 from entering into a gap between the receiving part 11a and the pressing part 21a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
