Abstract:
To provide a protective dam body capable of being easily and inexpensively constructed, and a method for constructing the protective dam body.
The protective dam body includes: a banking structure; a plurality of banking reinforcing materials which are buried at predetermined spaces in a height direction in the banking structure; a plurality of rigid impact receiving slabs which are installed in a multideck manner along a slope of the banking structure; and a connecting implement for connecting the banking reinforcing material to the rigid impact receiving slab. The construction method is employed to construct the protective dam body.
