Abstract:
To provide a protective device with a protective coat to envelop the whole of a club head for detachably mounting on the head of the golf club.
Two half shells 12 and 14 with dimensional stability form the protective coat and are mutually connected by a hinge 24. Here, the half shells 12 and 14 have two levers 20 and 22. These levers are mounted so that the two half shells 12 and 14 open while rotating around the rotary shaft 26 of the hinge 24 and thereby open while rotating from a closed position to an open position when the levers 20 and 22 are pushed together.
