This method is a manufacturing method for obtaining this protective material 10 by which the substrate 1 containing ≥3 wt.% Al or the substrate 2 on the surface of which the thin layer 4 of Al is coated is heated to about 1000°C in oxidizing atmosphere and the thin layer 6 of Al2O3 is formed on the surface of the above substrate.
