Abstract:
To provide a lightweight protective material for preventing feeding damage by harmful animals, convenient to carry, good in the workability of its attaching to a tree, and effectively exerting animal-repelling action over a relatively long period without physically suppressing plant growth.
This protective material for preventing feeding damage is such one that a resin composition comprising a harmful animal repellent and a biodegradable resin is stuck on the surface of a base selected from a fiber or plastic sheet material and a fiber or plastic stringy material.
