Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a contact member at low costs, and to enable attaching by forming a spring contact part so as to be forked, inserting the free end part of the leg part into a slit-shaped notch formed at an intermediate bottom part, and making the diameter of the notch a little larger than the diameter of a connecting pin. CONSTITUTION: A contact member 4 and a ground plate 3 are formed as a forked spring contact part 9 in the range of a connecting pin 7. The leg part of the spring contact part 9 is manufactured by cutting a plane contact member 4, and it is made rotatable within the plane face of the contact member 4. Moreover, the elastic edge part of the spring contact part 9 is inserted into a slit-shaped notch 10 formed at an intermediate bottom part 11 of a casing 2. This notch 10 is formed as a coherent vertical slit, and the diameter is made a little larger than the diameter of the contact pin 7. Thus, the contact pin 7 can be through guided in a centering hole 13 at the intermediate base part 11 while the side parts are guided between the both leg parts of the spring contact part 9.
