Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the generation of stimulus by the exudation of a rat prevention agent to protective tubing surface by piling an outer layer formed by a resin component excluding the rat prevention agent to the outside of an inner layer formed by the resin component including the rat prevention agent made by a micro capsule.
SOLUTION: In protective tubing T for preventing a rat harm covered on the outer periphery of an electric wire and cable, the inner layer 1 and outer layer 2 made of resin are provided and the rat prevention agent made by a micro capsule is included in the inner layer 1. While, the outer layer 2 is made with a thickness by which the permiation of the rat prevention agent come out from a broken micro capsule to a surface can be prevented. Such protective tubing of two-layer structure can be made by various methods, but it is favorable for the productivity that respective resin component which is an origin of the inner layer 1 including the rat prevention agent made by the micro capsule and the outer layer 2 excluded the rat prevention agent is produced by an extrusion molding and an ionized radiation is irradiated continuously when the inner/outer layers 1, 2 are bridged.
