Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain the function of protecting an electronic circuit board and a reduction in cost by coating the surface of this board with a heat shrinkable tube.
CONSTITUTION: A board 11 of a nonvolatile memory board 10 is laid out with an SOP type static RAM 1, an IC switch circuit 2, and a backup battery 3. An annular heat shrinkable tube 4 is so loaded as to surround both faces top and bottom of the board 11 and heated at the condition of a predetermined temperature. The heat shrinkable tube 4 shrinks by heating, and components on both faces of the board 11 are coated in contacts by the heat shrinkage tube 4.
