Abstract:
To provide a protector 20 which facilitates a work to mount it on the outer peripheral part of a hose 10 and is easily manufactured by a general purpose device.
The protector 20 is braided by heat shrinkable fibers having a heat shrinkage rate of 5% or more. After the protector is externally mounted on an unvulcanized hose 10, it is contracted through vulcanization and mounted so as to be adhered to the outer peripheral part of the hose 10.
