Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the utilization ratio of NR as the result of flexibly adapting to the change of context or the temporary variation of the availability of NR by keeping the continuity of a service until environment meeting the request of a user is arranged.

When packaging is successfully performed, a proposal is given to the user (106, 107).
