Abstract:
To provide a system for performing appropriate evacuation determination and prompt evacuation guidance by individually providing information of geographic relation among a disaster occurrence place, current positions and the optimal evacuation places of evacuees and disaster victims at the disaster occurrence place, which is a weak point of disaster information for a wide area to be issued from an administrative agency in the case of occurrence of a disaster.SOLUTION: A display processing procedure displays geographic relation among a disaster occurrence place, a current place and the optimal evacuation place in real time as multilingual character information including directions and distance (S31) by specifying the current place by a positioning signal to be received from a positioning satellite which transmits the positioning signal (S11), and performing unitary analysis of positioning information included in disaster information to be issued from an administrative agency and wide area evacuation place position information preliminarily registered in a database (S12), and physically displays, by interlock with a rotary digital signage display device, directions of the disaster occurrence place and the optimal evacuation place based on an installation point of the system by performing rotational control of a display device (S32).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
