Abstract:
To enable a present terminal to transmit its own information even during an interruption in a P2P information exchange network system.
A video distribution network system is composed of broadcast rendezvous apparatuses 11, 12 and peers 21, 22, 23 interconnected by a network 7. Each of the peers 21, 22, 23 is composed of a P2P broadcasting apparatus 3, a P2P broadcast TC set 4, an interruption agency apparatus 5, and a semantic information switch 6. During the interruption of any arbitrary other peer, the interruption agency apparatus 5 transmits information as an agency of that peer.
