PURPOSE: To enable continuous calling without taking the procedure of returning and re-deposition of a card or a coin.
CONSTITUTION: When a hooking state minitoring section 1 detects that an on-hooking state is maintained before a card remaining calling unit is '0', the on-hooking state signal is sent to a line control section 2, which interrupts a telephone circuit and allows a charge management section 3 to decrease the calling unit. A counter section 4 delays the inputted on-hooking state signal for a preset period (1sec) to send the result to the charge management section 3 and a card and coin returning section 7, and when the on-hooking state monitoring section 1 detect off-hook within the preset period, the delayed on- hooking state signal output from the counter section 4 is stopped and the signal is retained in the charge management section 4 so that the card calling unit is again subtracted and the card is not returned from the card and coin returning section 7.
