PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize press-fit of a casing without using jet water and with non-exhaust soil when the casing is press-fit onto the outer circumference of a buried column body for pulling out the existing buried column body.
SOLUTION: In a cylindrical casing head of both end openings coaxially connected to the lower end of the casing transferring the rotation from a rotational driving device, the lower end circular opening of the casing head having a slightly larger inner diameter than the outside diameter of the existing buried column body to be pulled out, is given, a plurality of cutting edges are projected to the lower end face of the casing head, the outside face of the each cutting edge is slanted to the opposite direction to the rotational direction of the casing from a point on the approximately inside edge of the lower end opening of the head to a point on the outer circumferential edge or on a position slightly projected outward as seen from the lower end face of the head, the cutting edge is formed in an inclined thrust surface approximately perpendicular to the the lower end face of the head and, at the same time, the lower end edge of the inclined pressed surface is fomed into the cutting edge.
