The pulpy hygroscopic material is a composite material comprising glass microparticles and polyamide, wherein the particle diameter of the glass microparticle is at most 300 nm, and the content of the glass microparticles is 30-80 mass%. The conditioned paper comprises the pulpy hygroscopic material.
