To provide a pulse abnormality notifying system capable of notifying a user of an abnormality in pulse while avoiding increased in size and weight of a stick of the system.
The pulse abnormality notifying system 1 has the stick 11 and a cellular phone 12. The stick 11 has a pulse rate measuring section 111 to measure the pulse rate of the user, and also has a pulse rate transmitting section 112 to transmit the pulse rate to the cellular phone 12. The cellular phone 12 has a pulse rate receiving section 121 to receive the pulse rate transmitted from the pulse rate transmitting section 112, and also has an audio output section 125 and a transmitting receiving section 122 to notify the user or a previously set transmission destination of an pulse abnormality, depending on the pulse rate received by the pulse rate receiving section 121.
