PURPOSE: To obtain the pulse output delayed by a given time and having the same width as the input pulse, by providing the monostable multivibrator triggered with the differentiation pulse of the front and trailing edge of the input signal and setting the width of the output pulse with a variable resistor, and FF operated with the trailing edge for the output of the multivibrator.

CONSTITUTION: The differentiation circuit 1 outputting the differentiating pulse of the leading edge of the input pulse signal and the differentiation circuit 2 outputting the differentiation pulse for the trailing edge, are provided, and the mixing circuit inputting the output of the differentiation circuit 1 and 2 is provided. Further, the monostable multivibrator 5 triggered with the differentiation pulse signal of the leading and trailing parts from the input signal of the mixing circuit and determining the output pluse width with the variable resistor 4, and FF6 in binary operation and triggered with the trailing edge of the output of the multivibtator 5, are provided. Further, the output pulse having the same width as the input pulse and delayed by a given time is outputted of FF6.
