To provide a pulse generation method, a pulse generating apparatus and a motor control system utilizing it which total output the total number of pulses determined for a single period, to improve the control accuracy and to reduce the manufacturing cost.
The pulse generation method includes a step of setting a period based on the frequency of a reference clock; a step of setting the total number of the pulses outputted for the period; a step of calculating the number of the reference clocks for determining a first pulse width, based on the period and the total number of the pulses, the number of the reference clocks for determining a second pulse, the first number of the first pulses and the second number of the second pulses; and a step of outputting the first number of the first pulses and the second number of the second pulses for the period.
