PURPOSE: To obtain a pulse transmitter without requiring the use of a mass storage power transistor by connecting MOSFETs respectively with the gates of two transistors constituting a Royer oscillator and by controlling the ON-OFF of the Royer oscillator through turning ON-OFF the MOSFETs.

CONSTITUTION: A power transistor is eliminated and instead MOSFETQ4, Q5 are inserted into the base circuit of transistors Q1, Q2 and the gate of the MOSFETQ4 and the of the MOSFETQ5 pare connected with a power supply zero volt via resistance Rg12 and capacitor Cg and via resistance Rg22, respectively and ON command ei is inputted via resistances Rg11, Rg21. That is, the control of oscillation in the Royer oscillator is performed by turning ON-OFF the base power supply of the transistors Q1, Q2 through the MOSFETQ4, Q5.
