Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a small-sized handy structure in which pulverized matter such as sawdust, etc., can be produced efficiently in a large quantity by relatively low power at a high speed with high rotary balance, and wear of a rotary cutter is lessened.
CONSTITUTION: The pulverizer for a wood piece comprises a casing 10 having a charge port 11a for the wood piece at a stop and a pulverized matter outlet at a bottom, a screen 24 installed at an interval above the bottom outlet in the casing 10, and a plurality of rotary cutters 30 of low height placed on a porous rotary table 23 fixed to an upper part of a rotary drive shaft 21 protruding upward substantially at the center of the screen 24 through the bottom of the casing 10.
