This device comprises a material charging port 6a provided on the upper part of a case, ceramic mills 8, 15 for pulverizing the leaf tea charged from the material charging port 6a, a sweeping member 17c for collecting the powdery tea pulverized with the mills 8, 15, and the cup 20 for storing the powdery tea collected with the weeping member 17c. The cup 20 is installed so as to be freely taken out from the case.
