To provide a pulverizing apparatus for wood chips or the like wherein a pulverizing material is pulverized with a simple structure and the pulverized powder is sent to a blowing chamber by a blower and discharged.

The pulverizing apparatus for the wood chips or the like is constituted so as to communicate a pulverizing chamber A housing a sawtooth assembled body 2 and the blowing chamber B housing the blower 10 with each other to house them integrally in a casing 1 and to provide a rotary shaft 4 of the sawtooth assembled body 2 extendedly to pivotally support the blower 10 on a coaxial shaft. The sawtooth assembled body 2 is formed by continuously assembling a plurality of the sawtooth 5 with spacers 6 and is surrounded by a drum 8 having a plurality of opened holes 7. A charging port 13 for charging the pulverizing material such as the wood chips is provided in the pulverizing chamber A and a discharge port 14 for discharging the pulverized material is provided in the blowing chamber B.
