Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a pulvering device in which a raw material with high moisture content such as cake of cement sludge is pulverized easily and and continuously.
CONSTITUTION: A pulverizing device is composed of a crusher 7 for crushing a raw material while being passed between a pair of gears 27, 28 for crushing which are engaged and rotated, of conveyors 9a-9e provided in a drying chamber 6 and of a grinding machine 12 for grinding the crushed raw material between a rotary mortar 13 and a stationary mortar 14. The raw material is pulverized by passing the raw material through the crusher 7, the conveyors 9a-9e and the grinding machine 12.
