PURPOSE: To keep the extent of the work of disassembling/assembling of a pump, at the minimum required extent, so as to simplify the process of disassembling/assembling of this pump, by forming a motor casing which contains bearings and a motor, as it can be separated freely from a pump casing which is supported with a pump base and contains an impeller.
CONSTITUTION: A pump casing 1 which contains an impeller 3b, is supported with a pump base, and a motor casing 8a which contains bearings 6a, 6b, 6c and a motor 5, is formed as it can be separated freely from the pump casing 1. Then, in case of overhauling the motor 5 or the bearings 6a, 6b, 6c, a motor cover 8b is removed through loosening a bolt 8c, and a nut 4d which fixes a connecting rod 4c, is taken off. Next, a shaft 4a is separated from a shaft 43b, through loosening the connecting rod 4c. After loosening a bolt 8d, the motor case 8a, the shaft 4b, and the bearings 6a, 6b, 6c can be overhauled as leaving the impeller 3b in the casing 1. In this way, the process of disassembling/assembling of the pump can be simplified, because the extent of the work of disassembly/assembling of this pump can be limited to the minimum extent.
