To provide a pump dispenser and a container which are formed from a synthetic resin that has fat-soluble vitamin non-adsorbent properties.

In the pump dispenser, at least the cylinder and suction pipe of the pump are formed from the synthetic resin that has fat-soluble vitamin non-adsorbent properties. Alternatively, the external face of at least the cylinder and suction pipe of the pump are covered with the synthetic resin that has fat-soluble vitamin non-adsorbent properties. In a pump-dispenser-having container, the internal face of at least a container main body and at least the cylinder and the suction pipe of the pump or the external faces of the cylinder and suction pipe are formed from the synthetic resin that has fat-soluble vitamin non-adsorbent properties.
