Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable smooth operation control by providing a host pump house forecasted flow calculator to forecast flow into a host pump house from the history of a trunk line flow and the pump well water level of a slave pump house. CONSTITUTION:Water (h) and a pouring amount Q2 of a slave pump house 5 are sent to a slave pump house flow calculator 8 and flow Q1 coming over a sluice 3 is calculated. Then, a distributed water entering port water level calculator 9 calculates a water level H of a trunk distributed water entering port 4. From the inputted water level H and the stored flow in the past, a trunk line flow calculating and storing device 19 forecasts and calculates flow Qin into a host pump house 1 not flowing over but naturally flowing down, and by using the stored trunk line flow, a host pump forecasted flow calculator 11 time sequentially forecasts the flow into the host pump house 1 and supplies a forecast signal to a pump delivery pattern forecasting device 12. Thus, the starting activation of a drainage pump 18 or a personal power generating equipment 17 can be prepared with sufficient time in respect to the drainage of rainwater rapidly flowing into a trunk line at the time of a heavy rain or a localized torrential downpour.
