To provide a pump capable of maintaining slide of a bearing metal and a rotor by sufficiently supplying water to the bearing metal rotatably retaining the rotor.
The rotor 18 is rotatably stored in a storage tube 20. The storage tube 20 is arranged between a pair of stator poles 28, 28 of a U-shaped stator 26. An impeller 16 is attached on a front tip part of a shaft 14 of the rotor 18 projecting from the storage tube 20. A front and rear pair of bearing metals 36, 38 is arranged in the storage tube 20. A part of an outer circumference wall of the storage tube 20 projects and constructs an outer circumference wall 40 of a protrusion. A flowing water space 42 is formed between the rotor 18 and the outer circumference wall 40 of the protrusion.
