Abstract:
To provide a pumping and draining device capable of reducing the cost for work, properly draining the groundwater of a first aquifer 5 to a second aquifer 6, and properly removing a filtered matter accumulated on a draining layer screen 4.
The groundwater of the first aquifer 5 in the ground is made to flow into an outer pipe 11 buried in the ground through a pumping layer screen 3, then pumped up by a pump 12 through a pumping pipe 15, and stored in a storage tank 14, and the groundwater stored in the storage tank 14 is drained from the draining layer screen 4 to the second aquifer 6 through a draining pipe 16 mounted inside the outer pipe 11 by an injection pump 18.
