To provide a puncturing device which performs reliable puncturing, is rapidly operated with less pain, and is suitable for disposal.
The puncturing device 10 includes: a needle body 14; a needle passage 30 for guiding the needle body 14 in an axial direction; a push rod 17 partially projected from a case 12 in an initial state, and arranged so as to be perpendicularly movable with respect to the axial direction; and a first cam surface 50 arranged in the case 12. The push rod 17 includes: a second cam surface 52 which is brought into slidable contact with the end part of the needle body 14 when pushed down, and pushes out the needle body 14 in the axial direction; an elastic arm 54 which is elastically compressed by slidable contact with the upper end part 50b of the first cam surface 50, is extended while being brought into slidable contact with the first cam surface 50 after coming out of the upper end part 50b, and elastically performs energization to allow the push rod 17 to further move; and a recession part 56 with which the tag 42b of the needle body 14 is engaged after the second cam surface 52 passes an axis C.
