The purchase support server 10 comprises a facility information storage part 13 which stores a plurality of pieces of facility information containing line information showing a line of commodities or services and location information showing a location thereof; a receiving part 11 which receives position information showing a current position of a cellular phone 20 and purchase schedule information showing a commodity or service to be purchased from the cellular phone 20; a position information storage part 15 which stores the received position information; a purchase schedule storage part 14 which stores the received purchase schedule information; a facility information extraction part 16 which extracts, based on the purchase schedule information and the position information, facility information showing a facility present in a predetermined distance from the communication terminal where the commodity or service to be purchased can be purchased from the facility information storage part 13; and a transmitting part 12 which transmits the extracted facility information to the cellular phone 20.
